Properties in Sinemoretz

The village of Sinemoretz is situated on a small peninsula, south of the mouth of Veleka river. It is located 20 km south of the town of Tsarevo and 6 km from Ahtopol.
The first historical document for the existence of the village dates from 1498 AD. Once the settlement was a lot bigger, and according to the legend, it has been attacked by pirates. In underwater researches close to the sea shore of Sinemoretz ceramic pots from 5-6th century BC have been found. This is a place nestled amongst the virgin nature. Sinemoretz is a combination of pure beaches, old oak woods and the crystal waters of Veleka river – a paradise for fishermen. The name of the best developed beach is “Butamiata”. In the village of Sinemoretz you will not find crowds of tourists, most of the hotels are small but well maintained. The only relatively big hotel „Bella Vista Beach Club” was built in 2004. In Sinemoretz there are no discos and bars, just a few small restaurants offering different specialities.
